Bilimbi is also called Averrhoa bilimbi. It is a fruit that has a sour taste and rich of health benefits. In English is often known as the cucumber tree. Bilimbi fruit is commonly used as a seasoning vegetables and herbal medicine. Bilimbi allegedly came from the Moluccas and now spread to countries in Asia.
