Food that cause a headache
Alcohol raises blood pressure to the brain and causes dehydration. Both of these are causes of headaches.
Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and energy drinks include drinks that have caffeine. You may drink coffee in the morning, after you have breakfast. Do not drink more than a glass a day. The reason, caffeine can provoke migraines and headaches.
3. Supplemental substances in food
Additional substances that are usually mixed in foods also need to be aware of such as MSG, sulfites, nitrites and aspartame. MSG or monosodium glutamate serves as flavoring. Sulfites are preservatives of dried fruits and grapes. Nitrites serve to preserve meat, while aspartame is useful as an artificial sweetener in drinks and chewing gum.
Avoid meat through preservative processes such as smoked, salted, fermented and acidified like pepperoni, hot dogs, sardines, corned beef, and others.
Although the International Headache Society says that chocolate may relax tense nerves, 22% of migraine sufferers argue that chocolate is a food trigger headache.
6. Cheese that is preserved
Tyramine is one form of protein found in the preserved cheese. Age of cheese affects the amount of tyramine content that is formed. Tyramine is an amino acid that causes headaches.
Scientists suspect that potassium-rich foods cause migraine in people who are sensitive to tyramine substances. Potassium is a mineral that actually benefits our body
