Food that causes a headache
Alcohol raises blood pressure in the brain and causes dehydration. Both of these are causes of problems.
Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and energy drinks include drinks that have caffeine. You may drink coffee in the morning after you have breakfast. Do not drink more than a glass a day. The reason, caffeine can provoke migraines and headaches.
